產(chǎn)品簡(jiǎn)介 Introduction 
　　KJR壓縮空氣凈化干燥裝置是根據(jù)變壓吸附原理，對(duì)壓縮空氣進(jìn)行干燥的一種新型設(shè)備，分為 無熱再生型和有熱內(nèi)置電加熱器再生型。壓縮機(jī)壓縮空氣（≤1.0MPa）經(jīng)氣液分離器（或冷凍干燥機(jī)）后進(jìn)入本凈化干燥裝置 。壓縮空氣首*入吸附單元；在本單元內(nèi) ，壓縮空氣經(jīng)活性炭吸附劑吸附空氣中異味氣體、油氣及其它有害氣體，并吸附大部分水分。然后，壓縮空氣進(jìn)入干燥單元 ；在本單元內(nèi)，壓縮空氣經(jīng)分子篩干燥劑干燥，干燥后的壓縮空氣露點(diǎn)低于-40℃。 這樣經(jīng)本裝置凈化干燥的壓縮空氣確保了無水、無油及無異味氣體。
　　The KJR compressed air purification drier is a new equipment which dry the compressed air base on the transformation adsorption principle, it can be divided into non-thermal renewable type and thermal renewable with electric heater inside type. The compressor compress the air (≤1.0MPa) through gas-liquid separator (or refrigerated dryers), thus access into this purification drier. The compressed air enter into the absorb unit firstly; in this unit, the compressed air absorb the smell gas, oil and other harmful gas through active charcoal as well as the moisture in the air. Then, compressed air enter into the dry modules; in this unit, the compressed air dew point below -40℃ after dried by the molecular sieve desiccant. Therefore this purification drier ensures the compressed air with no water, no oil and no smell gas.
