該設(shè)備是我公司應(yīng)國(guó)外客戶(hù)要求研發(fā)的粉體罐裝、上蓋一體機(jī)。能完成罐裝、上蓋、軋（旋）蓋等功能。具有結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊，操作簡(jiǎn)單的特點(diǎn)。 

適用于奶粉、咖啡、 葡萄糖、固體醫(yī)藥、爽身粉、 染料、香精香料等各種粉劑、細(xì)顆粒產(chǎn)品的瓶（罐、盒)裝包裝。

This all-in-one machine researched and developed on request of oversea customers integrates powder-filling and cap-putting functions. It can perform filling, cap-putting and cap-pressing (cap - screwing) functions. It has compact structure and is easy to operate.

This machine is appropriate to fill bottles, tins and boxes with powder and fine granule product, such as milk powder, albumen powder, coffee, glucose, solid medicine, talcum powder, dyestuff, flavours and fragrances.

主要性能特點(diǎn)：Main performance and features:

 1、采用伺服、分度盤(pán)定位系統(tǒng)、觸摸屏，包裝精度和速度得到提高。可根據(jù)客戶(hù)的包裝要求配單頭或雙頭。

 2、整機(jī)設(shè)計(jì)合理，更換包裝品種、清理都極為方便。

 3、采用觸摸屏，電腦屏幕顯示中文（英文）工作狀態(tài)、操作指示，簡(jiǎn)便直觀。包裝重量無(wú)級(jí)可調(diào)，操作方式可任意變換，故障報(bào)警提示。

 4、控制采用PLC，抗干擾，工作穩(wěn)定。

 5、充填采用伺服驅(qū)動(dòng)，定位準(zhǔn)確精度高，扭距大，壽命長(zhǎng)，轉(zhuǎn)速可設(shè)定。攪拌采用中國(guó)臺(tái)灣免保養(yǎng)電機(jī)。             
 6、更換螺旋附件，可適應(yīng)細(xì)顆粒到超細(xì)粉物料的包裝。根據(jù)不同物料可加配吸塵、振動(dòng)等裝置。

 7、各種產(chǎn)品參數(shù)配方可儲(chǔ)存，可隨時(shí)調(diào)出。

 8、該機(jī)型按照國(guó)家GMP、QS衛(wèi)生認(rèn)證要求制造。

1、The whole machine adopts servo,index plate positioning system,touch pannel,so it increases the packing  precision and speed.We can design it to be single head or double head according to the packing requirements of the clients.

2、The whole machine is designed appropriay.It is convenient for changing different kinds of packing products and cleaning.
3、Adopting touch pannel.Working condition ,operation instructions can be seen in both Chinese and  English.Simply and intuition.Packing weight can be adjusted,operation manner can be transformed arbitrarily.It will give an alarm when meeting malfunction.

4、Controlling part adopts PLC.Anti-interference ,working smoothly.
5、Filling adopts servo drive ,accurate,high precision,long operating life,Its speed can be set.Stiring adopts Taiwan mantenance-free motor.

6、Replace screw attachments,it is suitable for the packing of products from fine particle to ultrafine powder materials.We can add aspiration and vibration devices according to different kinds of materials.
7、Various products formulation parameters can be stored, can be called up anytime
