NY-834B Top Real-time Online Barcode Print and Apply Label Applicator For Cartons/Boxes/Trays etc.
 
Ⅰ. Application:
It can print production data, serial no. anti fake code, supervision code, packing data and transportation data at real time on sticker ａnd stick the label onto according product. It also could print normal bar code , text, variable data, two D code and RFID label. etc and also could connect with ERP/MES/EAP/ODC production management system to realize multilevel code connection so that it can use in anti fake industry. This machine often connect with bar code scanner machine, weighing and detection machine.
Applicable to real-time printing of top or side flat surface products. Print system integrating with database, Finish sticker printing after labeling systems giving signal, the labeling work will be finished on the flow of assembly line. Widely used in: electronics, chemicals, food, packaging and other industries.

Outstanding Feature:NY-834B Online Real Time Printing and Labeling Machine is quite different from Common Top Surface Labeling Machine with Barcode Printer in market, NY-834B often match with weight checker, metal detector or other equipment. It will feedback product wieght data to Zebra Printing Engine System through software, then zebra barcode label printer will print out one sticker with real time weight or price, when this product coming through, this sticker will be correctly labeled onto this products surface.
However, common barcode printing and labeling machine, the barcode printer will print each sticker with same infomation, it won't need software to connect with weight checker to receive real time weight.
