NY-501 Conveyor Belt Type Metal Detector

※Application

Widely used to detect metal objects mixed in the production process of food, medicine, cosmetics, textiles, etc. and is suitable for various paper, plastic and glass etc. non-metallic packaging products. The actual detection sensitivity is related to the detected product and using environment.

※ Features:

1. High-performance of positive and negative detection all-in-one machine.

2. Positive detection: widely used in middle and small-sized packaging products, bulk foods, medicine etc. Such as quick-frozen dumplings, meat or fish food, paper diaper, sanitary towel and seasoning.

3. Reverse detection: To detect food packaging whether desiccant missing, whether cosmetic packaging missing steel ball, etc.

4. To detect various kinds of different products, it has AIS (automatic identification system) and learning function, Maximally overcome the influence of product material effects;

5. Can be designed with suitable size and rejection structure to meet with different products and production line requirement.

6. It applies to various work environments, such as damp, dry and dust. Made by using stainless steel material, can meet the requirement of HACCP and protection of grade Ip65.
