不銹鋼低溫截止閥，特別是超低溫閥門，其工作溫度極低。在設計這類閥門時，除了應遵循一般閥門的設計原則外，還有一些特殊的要求。不銹鋼低溫截止閥的設計要求: 1、閥門在低溫介質(zhì)及周圍環(huán)境溫度下應具有長時間工作的能力。2、閥門不應成為低溫系統(tǒng)的一個顯著熱源。這是因為熱量的流入除降低熱效率外，如流入過多，還會使內(nèi)部流體急速蒸發(fā)，產(chǎn)生異常升壓，造成危險。3、低溫介質(zhì)不應對手輪操作及填料密封性能產(chǎn)生有害的影響。4、直接與低溫介質(zhì)接觸的閥門組合件應具有防爆和防火結(jié)構(gòu)。

【進口低溫用截止閥】結(jié)構(gòu)說明：

低溫及超低溫截止閥安裝在空分設備、LNG船、低溫液體貯運設備上面，對液氧、液氮、液氬、液化天然氣、液化石油氣等低溫和深冷介質(zhì)進行控制。低溫及超低溫截止閥采用加長閥桿、加長閥蓋的結(jié)構(gòu)，加長高度可以按照客戶要求加高，高壓低溫截止閥都帶有自動泄壓孔，以保證中腔壓力不會過高而產(chǎn)生危險。低溫截止閥有二種閥蓋設計形式。
*種是螺栓式閥蓋，其閥體與閥蓋用螺栓螺母連接，纏繞式墊片（316夾柔性石墨制造）?？蛻粲刑厥庖髸r也可采用金屬環(huán)連接。
第二種是焊接式閥蓋，其閥體與閥蓋用螺紋連接，全焊密封?？蛻粲刑厥庖髸r也可采用透焊連接。
