本系列液體定量灌裝機(jī)是在本公司灌裝機(jī)系列的基礎(chǔ)上，參照*進(jìn)灌裝機(jī)技術(shù)進(jìn)行改造和創(chuàng)新的產(chǎn)品，其結(jié)構(gòu)更加簡(jiǎn)單合理，精確度高，操作更加簡(jiǎn)便。
適用于醫(yī)藥、日化、食品、農(nóng)藥及特殊行業(yè)，是對(duì)液體進(jìn)行灌裝的理想設(shè)備。由于該機(jī)在不帶電的狀態(tài)下工作，更具安全性，人性化設(shè)計(jì)更加符合現(xiàn)代企業(yè)的要求。
該系列為半自動(dòng)雙活塞式液體灌裝機(jī)，不帶電工作、操作更加安全。
雙頭液體定量灌裝機(jī)為雙頭同步灌裝，提高工作效率。
設(shè)計(jì)合理，機(jī)型小巧，操作方便，氣動(dòng)部分均采用中國臺(tái)灣AirTac、SHAKO的氣動(dòng)元件。
物料接觸部分均采用304不銹鋼材料制成，符合GMP要求。
灌裝量和灌裝速度均可任意調(diào)節(jié)，灌裝精度高。
灌裝悶頭采用防滴漏及升降灌裝裝置。
該系列液體定量灌裝機(jī)配備特殊三通灌裝閥，在活塞往復(fù)運(yùn)動(dòng)作用下，達(dá)到灌裝的效果，活塞抽動(dòng)時(shí)，進(jìn)料閥打開進(jìn)料，出料閥關(guān)閉；活塞推動(dòng)時(shí)，進(jìn)料閥關(guān)閉，出料閥打開進(jìn)行灌裝。
