QJ-C carbon dioxide purifier is applied to improve purity of CO2 and separate impurity; it is mainly used in drink production industry, also suitable for chemical, foodstuff and wine industries.It is reasonable in design, novelty in style, simple in frame, safety and sanitation, convenient and practicality.

Carbon dioxide in the steel flask through QJ-C filter, the injurant in carbon dioxide would be purified.

This helpful to increase carbonated beverage quality, insure body healthy.

Apply scope: it is applied with purify both in beverage industry and also chemical industry, foodstuff, pharmacy, brewage etc.

Frame and characteristic: it is composed of high grade stainless steel plate, stainless steel integrate parts, stainless steel filter board, stainless steel film without bacterium, Static bubble particle, sorbent and oxidant and flow meter, pressure gauge, valve are also installed.

2） work process:

（1） First, open exhaust valva, mean while close discharge waste valve, then open liquid-inlet valve, last, poure the mixed potassium permanganate at some quantity into it from liquid-inlet.

（2） Connect the gas-outlet joint in the pressure reducing valve with the gas-inlet valve in the filter. open pressure reducing valve of steel flask, make low-pressure gauge show 0.3-0.4Mpa.open gas-inlet valve, watching the show in flow meter. See whether the show of pressure gauge is 0.3-0.4Mpa.

（3） After aerate about 10s, When there is no gas in the container. Connect the check valve in the carbonated beverage machine to begin to work.

3） Attention items:

（1） Potassium permanganate must be changed after 24 hours.

（2） When machine non works, the sorbent and other filter material should be put away for reoccupy.
